Robin Horner

Robin has 33 years experience in financial services, he has held various roles in his career including Adviser, Consultant, Sales Manager, Platform Manager, Head of Advice, and now National Academy Manager at Quilter.

He oversees candidate intake, support, and mentoring for The Quilter Academy. His experience spans restricted, multi-tied, and IFA sectors across regional, national, and multinational firms.

Drawing on this, he helps shape The Quilter Academy where new advisers can grow and succeed. The academy supports both those working toward qualifications and Diploma holders transitioning into advisory roles, helping them build businesses with autonomy and control.

He is proud to be part of the team that led Quilter Academy to win Financial Academy of the Year at the 2025 Money Marketing Awards.
