Will Salmon

Will is a Candidate Support and Business Development Adviser with Bespoke Training Solutions (BTS).

Will lives near Norwich and has been working in the Financial Services industry for 5 years, starting in pension and equity release teams at Aviva which led to him advancing to be a Fraud and Vulnerability Champion as well as playing a key role in training new staff.

Will worked very closely with Financial Advisers during his time with Aviva, assisting them with administration tasks and shadowing them during customer fact find meetings.

This made Will very interested in the Financial Advice space and he began studying the R0 units in his spare time, becoming a big fan of BTS materials!

He was therefore very proud to join the BTS team in 2024 and aims to complete his Diploma in 2025.
